Trading the EUR/USD
I trade the EUR/USD using the Globex 6E future (contract value 125.000 USD, pip value 12.5 USD). Alternatives can be to trade the smaller Globex M6E future, to trade directly on the Forex cash market, or to use instruments like options, turbos, CFD's etc. (not covered here)

I don't know much about EW theory, but the wave count on this 4 hour EUR/USD chart shows that the bull-run might be over, and that we are headed to new lows.

The 4 hour EUR/USD chart shows some conflicting signals. On one hand price is moving in a small flag (red lines), suggesting that there are higher prices to come. On the other hand price completed an AB/CD move (two yellow lines), which could indicate that the top is in.

The daily EUR/USD chart shows that price bounced of the top of this yellow flag. This means that yesterdays 1.266 could have marked an intermediate top, but I'm hoping for a visit of the more important blue trend line first ...

This 4 hour EUR/USD chart shows that price broke below the red flag, after bouncing from a 50% retracement level.

EUR/USD: Swing long at the lower band of the green pitchfork (1.2045), with stop about 150 pips lower and TP1 around 1.4 (2000 pips higher). I don't like catching a falling knife, but the Risk Reward is too nice to pass up.
